Girls Toy Chest: A Beautiful Gift for Your Daughter

Your little girl has many toy boxes of her own, very much different from those toys of the boys. These will accumulate also as she grows up because even more than a boy, a little girl can be more demanding in asking for many different toys  she sees in the toy store display window every time she is with her mom in the malls and other big department stores. The mother tends to spoil her daughter, as if she is spoiling herself – she cannot say no the tot’s nagging for this and that toy.

There is a need to buy your little girl a separate children toy boxes for her use as she will also be having a huge pile of girls’ toys in competition with the pile of boys’ toys your son is building up. There are many beautiful and attractive models to choose from in many toy and furniture stores, some even personalizing a particular unit of a toy chest with the little girl’s name as a special offer to the little customer as her mom pays for it.

One of the many reasons for the endless little quarrels between your girl and your boy will be in the constant tug of war on who gets the right to put a toy in a particular place. Both will insist that a place contested is her or his own and that will even be cause for cries and tantrums from either side throughout most of the day.

To solve that dilemma, it is best to get a separate toy chest for each of them, one for the boy for his own use, and the girl her own princess toy box, solely for her use.

To distinguish which is the toy chest of either one will be quite easy, the girl’s toy chest is in feminine pink color. The pink color will even help the boy from avoiding getting near it, even abhorring it. The male instinct in the boy tells him that pink is not for him; this abhorrence can even escalate if the mom teases him now and then if he wants to grow up a sissy since pink is the color sissies just like the girls. That little teasing on the boy somehow brings some occasional peace and quiet in the mom’s harassed day with the boy carefully avoiding going near the girls toy chest, thus preventing the usual brickbats between the two.

Mom’s little girl is easy to teach on the proper use of the girls toy chest. By nature, girls are more orderly in the keeping and storing of their things, like toys. The girl is more diligent and methodical in the gathering of her toys lying around to put them inside her toy chest. She will even be making suggestions to her mother about putting up little markers and signs in the girls toy chest to make things easier for her when wants to look for a particular toy.

If you are a mom having these constant tiffs between your little girl and the brother, do not hesitate getting her the girls toy chest. That move will mean a more peaceful day for you.
